TAPP

TAPP is a mobile application that enables inspectors to record all required information during on-site safety inspections across categories such as fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and kitchen hoods.

All inspection data is securely stored in a private cloud for report generation, tracking, and compliance management, helping Telgian streamline its inspection workflow and maintain reliable, auditable records.

I joined the project as a Senior Xamarin Developer at a time when it was already several months behind schedule and the development team, though experienced, was new to the Xamarin platform.

Initially brought in to accelerate delivery, my role quickly expanded to include mentoring and process improvement. I contributed to feature development while helping the team adopt Xamarin best practices, improve code quality, and establish reusable patterns and workflows.

By the end of the engagement, we had not only recovered lost momentum but also left behind standardized guidelines that improved long-term maintainability and team efficiency.
