Context
TSD Dealer is a fleet and rental management SaaS used by car dealerships and rental companies to manage vehicles, customers, and service agreements.
The platform brings together everything from fleet utilization tracking manufacturer recall alerts, geofencing and toll monitoring, and contactless digital agreements, all in a unified web and mobile experience.
Approach
As Technical Lead, I oversaw the work of 15 engineers across web, mobile, automation, and QA teams.
My role focused on clearing roadblocks, aligning the work with business priorities, and ensuring the team delivered with consistency and quality. I worked primarily on the web application, while also contributing to the mobile app when needed, leveraging my cross-platform background to maintain technical alignment across the stack.
